John Baker -Trainer/instructor John grew up with horses in the back yard, as soon as he could walk he was riding. His passion for riding stemmed from a deep love and respect for the magnificent animals. He always found riding or even just being around his horses to be a type of Therapy.
"When your working with Horses its not about you" John says. "I was taught very early on that its always about the Horse. They see and feel things very differently from us and they are by nature kind and eager to please. No matter what sort of day you've had or how your feeling you have to bring yourself to the Horses level never the other way around." John participated in 4-H as a child, in High school his sport was Eventing. After graduating John went straight into the heart of the Horse world. Starting as a working student in Gold Medal Training Barns, Learning the basics of Classical Dressage and Natural Horsemanship. He advanced through the years competing, Teaching, and Training in barns from Florida to Virginia. "I've worked in several states, with and under Trainers of different Caliber and Disciplines. I have learned from all these different Trainers several universal principles. These principles are the base of my Lessons and my Training Programs and have always brought success to both myself and my Students. What We Offer
